YOUR INFORMATION

A private pitch.
A clear purpose.

This notice explains the information handled when you use Founderline’s Get featured form. Updated 1 October 2026.

What you submit

The form collects your name, email, startup or company name, an optional website, the type of pitch, a headline, the story and your confirmation that you are authorised to share the material and can be contacted about it. A submission reference, time and email-delivery status are recorded to manage the request.

Share only information relevant to the story. Use public links where possible. Do not include passwords, identity documents, confidential customer records or information you are not authorised to disclose. The form does not accept file attachments.

Why we use it

The information is used to assess your pitch, contact you about it and manage follow-up, corrections or withdrawal requests. Submission does not make the material public, subscribe you to a mailing list or authorise automatic distribution to other journalists.

If a story is developed for publication, its format, evidence and any further material need to be considered through the editorial process. Sending a pitch does not guarantee publication or agree an embargo.

Storage & email handling

A private copy is stored in the site’s database. The form passes the submitted details to FormSubmit, an external email-delivery service, for forwarding to info.infinitebox@gmail.com. The editorial contact may reply to the email address you supplied. No automatic receipt email is sent to you.

The site’s hosting and database providers process the request as part of operating the form. FormSubmit and the recipient’s email provider also process the forwarded message. See FormSubmit’s privacy information for its handling of submissions. Provider acceptance of a message is not proof that it reached an inbox.

Retention & your requests

Submissions are retained for review and follow-up. The site does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to pitch records. Copies may also exist in the editorial email account and the email service’s systems under their own retention arrangements.

To request access, a correction, withdrawal or deletion, email info.infinitebox@gmail.com from the address used for the pitch and include its reference. Explain what you want changed. The request may require identity verification; sending a request is not an instant deletion mechanism.

Abuse prevention & links

The form validates inputs, checks submission origin, uses a hidden spam field and limits repeated submissions by email. Those measures help protect the service and may reject an invalid or repeated request. A saved reference helps distinguish a retry from a new pitch.

Articles link to external sources and programme websites. Those services have their own policies and practices. Founderline’s source links identify material used in our coverage; they are not an endorsement of every service or claim on the linked site.
